The Ice Cream Cart & Umbrella Package is recommended for those who prefer scoop ice cream, instead of pre-packaged novelty ice cream. For this package you need to have a 110 volts electrical outlet at your event’s location. The Ice Cream Cart hold up to 4 tubs of ice cream(3 Gallons Tub) You need to pay for both, the Ice Cream Cart and the ice cream tubs at least 2 weeks in advance. This package consists of the following:
Ice Cream Cart— $75 for 24 hours.
Delivery fees — $10 Initial Fee+$4 per mile from our location to yours.
Ice Cream Tubs are sold separately at wholesale price. Prices varies depending on what kind of ice cream you choose.
SG Ice Cream Canopy (Optional).———–$30 per 24 hours.
An umbrella can be provided per your request.
Safety Deposit— A credit card is required to rent any of our equipment. If the equipment is not returned clean, or the equipment is damaged charges will be applied accordingly.
Quotes for all our packages are provided without any obligation. However, to book the Ice cream Cart & Umbrella Package, you need to pay for the Equipment Rental Fee and for the ice cream at least 2 weeks in advance. Neither the Equipment Rental Fee, or the Ice Cream Cost are refundable. Delivery of the Ice Cream Cart is NOT optional. You will pay $10 Initial Fee+$4.00 per mile. For example, according to Google Maps you live 5 miles from our address, we will charge $10+$20=$30. This fee includes deliver and pick up the equipment. Please, download the rental agreement and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you as soon as possible. The Rental Agreement and Price List is for information purpose only. It will help you to get an estimate of what is the final cost of your package. After we receive your email with the Rental Agreement and Price List, we will contact you to complete your booking over the phone, or if you prefer you can come to our store to complete the transaction. Your booking is not effective until you have paid for your customized package.
